Delivery times
Orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all subscription orders.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status from your account.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help.
