How to request a refund
Email us at Support@huayra.com with your order number. If your request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Multi-bottle orders
If you bought a bundle (for example 3 or 5 bottles), you may open one bottle to try. Any additional bottles must be unopened to be eligible for a refund. Free gifts included with your order must be returned too.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards can't be refunded.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, contact us at Support@huayra.com.
